Role overview
This is a remote, full-time leadership position focused on shaping and driving the company’s corporate development agenda. The person in this role will be responsible for steering strategic initiatives, managing corporate development workstreams, and assessing opportunities that can support long-term business growth for Pernix Pharma Kft.
Key responsibilities
The role centers on building and delivering merger and acquisition strategies, running diligence processes, and spotting investment prospects. It also involves reviewing financial outcomes and scenario models to support growth decisions. Close coordination with internal functions and outside partners will be essential to ensure corporate strategy is executed effectively.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of corporate development and the ability to identify avenues for expansion and growth.
- Solid background in finance and investments, especially in making strategic business decisions.
- Hands-on exposure to mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence activities.
- Strong strategic judgment and advanced analytical ability.
- Effective leadership skills, along with experience managing projects.
- Capability in financial modeling and market evaluation.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is a plus.
- A master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
