The company is hiring a senior commercial leader to lead employer acquisition, develop a high-performing sales function, and position FINN as the top Financial Wellness and Earned Wage Access provider in the Philippines.
About the Role
In the role of Head of Business Development & Partnerships for the Philippines, you will steer FINN’s employer acquisition and partnership strategy across the country.
You will oversee the Philippines sales team, shape enterprise go-to-market plans, and ensure that partnership, revenue, and activation goals are met consistently.
This position combines strategy with execution. You will personally handle major enterprise opportunities while also coaching and developing Business Development Managers who manage the broader pipeline.
You will collaborate closely with the Country Manager, CEO, Product, Operations, and leadership stakeholders to help accelerate FINN’s growth in the Philippines.
Commercial Leadership
- Take full ownership of FINN’s employer acquisition strategy in the Philippines and drive its execution.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans aligned to company growth targets.
- Deliver on goals related to partnerships, revenue, and employee adoption.
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, coach, and manage Business Development Managers and future commercial team members.
- Run recurring pipeline reviews, deal strategy discussions, and performance coaching sessions.
- Build repeatable sales playbooks, operating processes, and best-practice frameworks.
Enterprise Sales & Partnerships
- Develop senior-level relationships with CHROs, CFOs, CEOs, payroll leaders, and operations leaders.
- Shorten sales cycles by leveraging existing networks and industry connections.
- Lead negotiation of commercial terms and partnership structures.
What We Are Looking For
- 8–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
- A strong network among senior decision-makers in Philippine companies, spanning HR, finance, operations, and executive teams.
- Deep understanding of structured B2B enterprise selling, including pipeline management, forecasting, value-based selling, account planning, and disciplined deal execution.
- An entrepreneurial approach with a proven history of launching, scaling, or owning new commercial efforts, business units, ventures, or expansion initiatives.
- Clear success in winning large enterprise accounts in the Philippines and handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- A consistent record of surpassing commercial and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
FINN is seeking a leader who blends the discipline of top-tier enterprise sales with the initiative and ownership of an entrepreneur.
The right person will have learned the fundamentals of structured enterprise B2B sales in a high-performing environment while also building new markets, teams, businesses, or growth programs from the ground up. They should be equally comfortable defining strategy, coaching people, and personally closing important enterprise deals.
Strong Advantage
- Existing ties with major Philippine employers, BPOs, conglomerates, and enterprise groups.
- Background in fintech, HR tech, payroll, lending, employee benefits, workforce solutions, or similar sectors.
- Experience growing sales teams in startup or high-growth settings.
- Experience managing annual revenue or partnership targets in the multi-million-dollar range.
- Previous work as a founder, co-founder, startup operator, or general manager.

- Build and launch a clear commercial plan for the Philippines market.
- Set up sales cadences, forecasting routines, and performance reporting.
- Create solid pipeline coverage across priority enterprise prospects.
- Successfully onboard, guide, and support the BD team.

- Regularly outperform partnership acquisition targets.
- Develop a predictable and measurable enterprise sales funnel.

- Position FINN as a well-recognized Financial Wellness and EWA provider in the Philippines.
