Guest Relations Executive

Role Overview

This position is for a Guest Relations Executive based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. It is a full-time, on-site contract assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The offered salary is AED 3,500, and the employer is seeking candidates who can join immediately.

Customer Experience and Engagement

• Serve as the main contact for customers and address their needs throughout their journey.
• Deliver a smooth and positive experience at every customer touchpoint.
• Reach out to customers proactively to better understand their expectations and requirements.

Issue Handling and Support

• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and escalations in an effective manner.
• Resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe while preserving service standards.
• Work with internal teams to support timely closure of customer concerns.

Retention and Satisfaction

• Keep track of customer satisfaction and take action when improvement is needed.
• Develop strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat engagement.
• Identify customers who may be at risk of disengaging and intervene early.

Feedback, Improvement, and Reporting

• Gather customer feedback and communicate useful observations to the appropriate teams.
• Suggest changes that can improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate interaction logs and monitor performance metrics such as CSAT, response time, and resolution time.

This role is a 6-month contract that can be extended. Immediate availability is required.
