Role Overview
Roze Bio Health is seeking a skilled and driven Guest Executive / Treatment Coordinator to join its Dubai clinic team. This position is central to the patient experience and serves as the first point of contact for visitors, helping ensure every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency.
The role covers reception operations, patient coordination, and administrative support. You will work closely with patients, doctors, and clinic staff to keep the front desk running smoothly and to maintain a high standard of service across face-to-face, phone, and digital interactions.
Location and Schedule
Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, and weekends are included. The expected start is as soon as possible.
Core Duties
- Answer incoming calls and arrange appointments in an efficient and organised manner.
- Greet patients warmly and help create a polished, premium clinic experience.
- Keep patient information accurate and ensure clinical systems are updated properly.
- Manage follow-up calls, recall appointments, and communication after treatment.
- Respond to patient questions through phone, email, website enquiries, and WhatsApp.
- Support billing tasks, including invoices, payments, and petty cash records.
- Assist with insurance-related administration.
- Help keep the reception area clean, tidy, and professionally presented.
- Work with the clinical team to support KPIs and maintain patient care standards.
- Deal with complaints in a calm and professional way, resolving concerns effectively.
- Contribute to a streamlined, paperless administrative workflow.
Requirements
- Prior experience in front-of-house or reception roles is required; dental clinic experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a clear focus on customer service are essential.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage.
