Role Overview
The GTM Operations & Strategy team works on some of Plaid’s most important business challenges. This is a small, collaborative group with complementary strengths. In this position, you will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Strategic Finance on strategic work that has a direct and measurable effect on customers, partners, and the company’s P&L. The role calls for someone who is highly analytical, strategic, structured in their approach, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support the day-to-day revenue operations for a rapidly scaling revenue organization.
- Create, maintain, and monitor revenue dashboards and reporting to track critical business metrics.
- Use data analysis to improve execution, uncover opportunities, and guide operational and strategic decisions.
- Launch, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional initiatives that improve alignment and create leverage across Plaid.
- Build and sustain an effective operating rhythm for the GTM Revenue team, including monthly business reviews and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in innovation within financial services.
- 4 to 6 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in business operations, revenue operations, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated strength in analytics, financial modeling, and presentations.
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear frameworks and practical action plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate well and build strong relationships across teams.
- Working knowledge of BI tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau, along with familiarity with SQL.

Compensation and Benefits
The position may include additional compensation such as equity and/or commission, depending on the offer. Plaid also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is determined by factors such as scope of responsibility, experience, skill set, and location, and may change over time in line with applicable compensation or benefit plans. The stated compensation range is $162.2K to $202.8K.
