About the Company

Medida is creating a new digital layer for the physical environment, with a focus on how homes are measured, planned, and improved. Today, much of that work still depends on manual steps and disconnected systems, which often leads to delays and mistakes. The company is building an AI-driven, spatial intelligence workflow that converts real-world spaces into accurate, usable data.

The business has already scaled quickly, reaching $3M in ARR in less than a year, and is on track to continue growing rapidly.

Role Overview

Medida is hiring a Growth & Success Manager to serve as a highly hands-on operator who can move comfortably between go-to-market, operations, and team-related work. This position involves close collaboration with leadership and carries meaningful ownership across the company’s growth and execution efforts.

The role will influence how quickly the company expands, how smoothly internal operations run, and how the team and culture develop over time.

What You Will Do

  • Guide new customer launches and support key strategic accounts.
  • Create and oversee content for Medida’s new product lines.
  • Design smoother customer onboarding and adoption workflows.
  • Partner directly with the CEO on special projects related to go-to-market initiatives.
