Role Overview
Senseible is looking for a Growth Specialist who can create repeatable revenue systems for MSME climate finance. This position works directly with the founder and focuses on building the processes that bring in new business consistently rather than personally closing every deal.

What You Will Do
- Develop outbound acquisition systems using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, field-based outreach, and databases to generate MSME leads every day, especially from manufacturing, exporters, and cluster-based businesses.
- Plan and test distribution experiments across different channels, message styles, partnerships, and outreach formats.
- Build straightforward conversion flows that move prospects from lead capture to conversation, then to conversion and onboarding.
- Measure results closely, stop what is not working, and scale the methods that show traction quickly.
Target Customer Segments
- Manufacturing MSMEs, exporters, and supply-chain businesses.
- Clusters, associations, ecosystem partners, and carbon-related partners.
What Success Looks Like in 30 Days
- A consistent stream of qualified MSME leads.
- At least 3 acquisition channels that produce repeatable results.
- A clear daily pipeline that supports sales and partnerships.
- Examples of target output include 300–500 qualified MSME leads, 50+ conversations started, and 10+ warm opportunities for the sales team.
Compensation and Terms
- No fixed pay during the probation period of 4 to 12 weeks; this period is unpaid.
- After probation, a PPO may be offered with strong compensation, variable pay, and performance-linked incentives.
- High-performing candidates may receive equity and cash compensation of up to ₹65,000.
