Job description
About SiFi
SiFi is a Saudi fintech focused on making finance simpler for organizations of every size. The company helps businesses issue corporate cards with live spending controls, handle expenses, and automate financial processes. Its platform supports modern financial operations for some of the region’s most ambitious companies, and it is growing quickly across cards, payments, and AI-enabled financial management products.
Role overview
SiFi is looking for a Growth Product Manager to join the product organization and report to the Director of Product. In this role, you will take ownership of the product areas that drive growth, including discovery, onboarding, rewards, subscriptions, and usage expansion over time.
This position suits someone who combines customer understanding, strategic thinking, and strong execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, data and AI, compliance, and marketing teams to ship products that customers value and that also meet regulatory expectations. You will also collaborate directly with leadership on major company initiatives that influence SiFi’s direction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop AI-enabled applications that support growth workflows across the business, such as self-serve landing page prototypes, autonomous ad experimentation agents, and LLM-based tools for creating sales materials.
- Improve product-led growth by launching features, workflows, and freemium approaches that raise renewals, referrals, expansion revenue, and NPS.
- Set, monitor, and interpret product metrics and KPIs, using data to guide decisions and continuously improve performance.
- Lead cross-functional squads to deliver strong product features and growth initiatives, coordinating with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define needs, launch enhancements, and increase qualified leads across go-to-market channels.
- Run scrum rituals such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support collaboration and ongoing improvement.
- Use both commercial and technical judgment to build customer-facing solutions, such as better application flows, and internal tools, such as sales automation systems.
- Design and execute structured experiments, including A/B tests, feature flags, and pilots, with clear hypotheses and success measures, then share outcomes across the company.
- Own the product roadmap by aligning customer needs with business priorities and driving delivery from idea through launch.
- Collect insights through customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Guide and mentor other Product Managers when needed, helping squads collaborate effectively and deliver successfully.
- Document important parts of the product development process, including best practices for user research and product discovery.
- Work with partners such as rewards redemption providers, payment processors, and other fintech companies to explore integrations, collaborations, and growth opportunities.
- Create growth tools and high-intent entry experiences that capture demand, qualify leads, and reduce friction from first contact to activation.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Stay up to date on AI tools, growth tactics, and the competitive landscape to keep SiFi’s product output ahead of the curve.
- Make sure product choices align with compliance expectations, SAMA requirements, and the company’s strategic goals.
- Follow company values in day-to-day work.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, founding, or consulting, though a shorter background may be acceptable if the candidate can demonstrate exceptional impact.
- Strong enthusiasm for AI, shown through practical building, prototyping, side projects, and ongoing awareness of research and tools.
- Experience in marketing or marketing technology is strongly preferred, especially where growth has been driven through organic channels.
- A track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
- A data-oriented approach with solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Capability to write clear PRDs and communicate product strategy to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Benefits
- Help shape the future of fintech in Saudi Arabia with a high-caliber team.
- Build solutions that make it easier for businesses to manage and move money.
- Work in a culture that prioritizes autonomy, speed, and impact over bureaucracy.
- Receive highly competitive compensation, equity, and opportunities for growth.
