Role overview
This opportunity is with a fast-scaling, venture-funded fintech company that is developing a financial platform for both consumers and small and medium-sized businesses. The business is supported by leaders with backgrounds at major global technology and fintech firms, and it is hiring a Product Growth Lead to own engagement and help accelerate the next stage of expansion.
The role offers end-to-end responsibility for the growth engine, with influence across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. It is based in Dubai, with relocation support provided.

Responsibilities
- Lead growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Design and run experiments to improve performance across the funnel.
- Use product data and cohort insights to uncover growth opportunities and convert them into action.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to improve engagement and lifecycle outcomes.
- Contribute to the direction and build-out of the growth function.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a Growth Product Manager, Product Growth Lead, or similar role within a product-led business.
- A strong record of improving user growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Practical experience with experimentation methods such as A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort review.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use product data to spot and prioritize growth levers.
- Exposure to lifecycle CRM or growth platforms such as Braze, Branch, or similar tools.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership.

Compensation
The package is reported to be up to AED 50,000 per month, plus equity.
Location
