Role overview

This is a hands-on opportunity with a profitable online brand that is growing quickly and generates roughly USD 5 million in monthly revenue. The business is looking for a person to take charge of online sales growth, manage paid advertising, create persuasive marketing content, and help build product pages that convert traffic into buyers.

No prior ecommerce background is required. Complete training will be provided, and the company specifically values attitude, intelligence, competitiveness, and the ability to learn fast over industry-specific experience.

The role is aimed at high-performing real estate professionals in Dubai who want to move into a more stable, commission-upside environment. It offers a fixed monthly salary of AED 18,000 to AED 20,000, plus additional performance-based compensation that can become available after the first 6 to 12 months. Strong performers may realistically add AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month in commissions during the first year.

What the role involves

  • Managing paid media campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google, including budget allocation and daily optimisation based on results.
  • Generating ad concepts that capture attention quickly and drive purchases, including messaging, angles, and visual hooks for the first few seconds.
  • Supervising a small team of 2 to 3 video editors so fresh creative is produced consistently each week.
  • Writing ad copy and developing landing pages and product pages, then testing and refining them to improve conversion rates.
  • Supporting the expansion of the brand into new countries and markets.
  • Reviewing weekly performance data, including ad spend, revenue generated, and profitability by campaign.

What success looks like

The company is looking for someone who has already proven they can perform in a competitive, results-focused setting. This could be in real estate, brokerage, or another high-pressure environment where outcomes matter. A strong commercial instinct, comfort with numbers, and the ability to think clearly under pressure are more important than previous ecommerce experience.

Working style and environment

This is a Dubai-based, office-based role in Downtown Dubai. The company will sponsor the visa. The working style is described as direct, high-energy, and execution-focused, with a preference for people who remove blockers, communicate plainly, and take ownership of outcomes.

The schedule is intensive: it follows a 5-day workweek with long hours, and Saturdays may be required when business needs demand it.

Compensation and growth

The base salary is AED 18,000 to AED 20,000 per month depending on background. In addition, performance compensation is expected to begin after 6 to 12 months, and top performers can realistically earn an extra AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month within the first year on top of the base pay.

The company also offers full training in ecommerce operations, paid advertising, creative strategy, and Shopify, along with mentorship from the CEO and Head of Operations and a path to grow with a rapidly scaling brand.
