Job description

About the Role

Our client is a technology-led mobility and transport platform operating across multiple cities in Ghana, connecting riders with independent transport service providers.

The business is looking for a driven, commercially sharp professional to join its Growth Operations function. In this role, you will help expand the network of service providers, deepen field partnerships, raise brand visibility, and support growth projects across both established and developing markets.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys being out in the field, forming strong relationships, finding practical solutions, and contributing directly to measurable business growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives that increase the number of active transport service providers on the platform through field engagement, community outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Grow and improve agent and referral channels that bring new service providers onboard, including incentive design, performance tracking, and conversion optimisation.
  • Plan and deliver on-the-ground activation efforts such as roadshows, local outreach, partnership events, and promotional campaigns aimed at attracting and onboarding service providers.
  • Oversee brand visibility activities and ensure marketing materials and brand assets are properly placed and maintained at operational sites and partner locations.
  • Help develop and implement growth plans for underserved and emerging markets across Ghana, including regional centres and smaller cities.
  • Build local partnerships and tailor market entry initiatives to encourage adoption in new or less penetrated locations.
  • Track acquisition results, campaign performance, and operational KPIs, then turn the findings into practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with internal teams, external partners, community leaders, and field agents to deliver growth objectives successfully.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Operations Management, or another related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Growth Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar position.
  • At least 5 years of overall work experience after national service.
  • Experience in technology, transportation, logistics, mobility, telecommunications, fintech, or other fast-growing service sectors will be an added advantage.
  • Strong ability in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Proven experience running field-based growth and acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • A data-focused approach with the ability to convert insights into action.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment.
  • Good understanding of Ghana’s transport landscape, business environment, and regional markets.

What We Offer

  • The chance to work with a leading technology-enabled mobility platform.
  • A fast-paced, entrepreneurial working culture.
  • Exposure to large-scale market expansion and growth initiatives.
  • Opportunities for career development within a high-growth organisation.
  • Competitive pay.
