Role Overview
This position is focused on accelerating growth for international products through market research, localized creative strategy, and performance-led campaign execution. The role calls for someone who can help take a product from an early launch stage to meaningful market traction while adapting messaging and user experience to fit local audiences.
Responsibilities
- Study overseas markets in depth to understand local conditions, customer segments, and buying patterns, then translate those insights into effective localization strategies.
- Lead the creative direction for high-quality copywriting and UI localization so the product experience aligns with cultural, linguistic, and religious expectations in each market.
- Plan and run marketing initiatives across different stages of the product lifecycle, with an emphasis on launch growth and early traction.
- Design and execute campaigns across multiple acquisition channels, using organic loops, viral mechanics, and resource-efficient tactics to support zero-to-one launches.
- Track acquisition funnels and campaign performance on an ongoing basis, using data to refine growth efforts.
- Keep awareness of app store rules, copyright requirements, and market-specific regulatory considerations to ensure compliant execution.
Requirements
- About 3 years of experience in global growth marketing or product operations, ideally within social, AI, or pan-entertainment technology.
- A demonstrated record of launching a product successfully from early stage to initial market traction.
- Strong creative judgment, with a good sense of visual taste, internet culture, and current digital trends.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Prior connections with local media outlets or KOL/influencer communities are highly advantageous.
- Comfort working with metrics, funnel analysis, and performance optimization to improve acquisition results.
- Fully bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong written and spoken communication in both languages.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in Singapore and is an onsite full-time position.
