About the Role
Ice Secret is developing the next generation of skincare solutions for Southeast Asia. Over recent years, the company has supported thousands of customers in improving their skin through science-led products, education, and tailored guidance. As the business moves into its next stage of expansion and prepares to introduce its Skin Intelligence platform, it is hiring a commercially focused Growth Marketing Manager.
This position is designed for someone who can connect content, campaigns, customer journeys, and data to real business outcomes. It is not a conventional social media job.
Growth and E-commerce
- Lead improvements in website conversion and online revenue performance.
- Study customer behaviour to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Refine landing pages, product pages, and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Monitor and lift core commercial metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
CRM and Retention
- Take ownership of email, WhatsApp, and lifecycle communications.
- Create automated journeys and retention-focused campaigns.
- Shape membership and loyalty programmes.
- Strengthen repeat purchase rates and increase customer lifetime value.
Campaign and Content Planning
- Design monthly campaigns that support broader business objectives.
- Develop campaign themes and content pillars.
- Collaborate with creators, designers, and founders to guide content execution.
- Ensure the content approach supports acquisition, education, conversion, and retention.
Performance and Analytics
- Work with internal and external partners on Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising.
- Review campaign results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Build reporting dashboards and turn data into practical business insights.
AI and Innovation
- Use AI tools proactively to improve productivity and marketing outcomes.
- Look for ways to automate workflows across content, CRM, customer support, and analytics.
- Incorporate tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI platforms into day-to-day work.
Who This Role Suits
The ideal candidate brings 4 to 8 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, e-commerce, or digital marketing. Experience with Shopify and tools such as Klaviyo or Omnisend is important. You should have strong commercial judgement, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work well in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. Curiosity about AI, technology, and automation is essential. Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands will be an advantage.
Bonus Considerations
- Already using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools regularly.
- Have previously improved conversion, retention, or customer lifetime value.
