Role overview

This role blends growth marketing with GTM engineering. Instead of running isolated campaigns, you will design a self-improving demand-generation system that drives the enterprise pipeline end to end and uses data plus AI to keep improving performance.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of the full pipeline funnel, from awareness through opportunity, across both inbound and outbound motions, while connecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and related systems to create personalized prospect journeys and track revenue impact.
  • Design AI-supported workflows for campaign development, messaging, and segmentation, including demonstrating how AI agents can power real GTM processes on deepset’s platform.
  • Run fast, structured experiments across web, paid media, email, social channels, content, and events, then expand the approaches that perform well and retire the ones that do not.
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, product, DevRel, and RevOps to refine targeting, messaging, and execution for developer and enterprise audiences and keep the pipeline moving toward goals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in data-led marketing within AI, B2B, deep tech, or developer tools.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-funnel demand generation with measurable influence on pipeline.
  • Hands-on comfort with APIs, automation platforms, and data workflows, ideally including Python, Claude, and Haystack.
  • A hypothesis-driven mindset with strong analytical ability to test, interpret, and improve performance.
  • Strong understanding of how to communicate with both technical audiences and business decision-makers.
  • Experience with tools and platforms such as Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, and intent or community analytics systems like Reo.dev.
  • Solid grasp of ICP definition, value-based messaging, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in open-source communities is a plus.
  • Background in LLM or AI product marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in an early-stage or fast-growing startup is a plus.
