Role Overview
This position is for a hands-on growth operator who can build a distribution system from the ground up rather than simply manage an existing process. The ideal person understands short-form content, knows how viral content gains traction, and can turn audience attention into real users and creators.

Compensation
- Fixed salary: 7 LPA to 18 LPA
- Variable performance bonus: 2 LPA to 4 LPA
Key Responsibilities
The role centers on building, testing, and scaling a content-led growth engine while also driving creator acquisition.
- Launch and expand short-form video distribution across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Produce a high content volume of roughly 10 to 30 pieces per day.
- Own and iterate on content formats such as clips, edits, storytelling pieces, and trend-based content.
- Run aggressive experimentation across 50 to 100 content variants each week.
- Study performance patterns around hooks, retention, and shareability, then scale what works.
- Convert viewers into creators through direct outreach and community engagement.
- Manage outbound efforts through DMs, email, and other engagement channels.
- Encourage creators to keep uploading consistently.
- Design and optimize growth loops in which content drives discovery, discovery drives creator sign-ups, and creator activity generates more content.
- Track performance and improve the loop every day.
- Coordinate execution with interns and editors to ensure speed and consistent output without sacrificing quality.
Success Metrics
- Expected outcomes within 30 to 60 days include 500K to 2M monthly views across platforms.
- Target creator onboarding volume is 50 to 150 creators.
- Daily publishing pace should remain at 10 to 30 posts per day.
- The role should identify at least 2 to 3 repeatable viral content formats.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role suits a builder who prefers execution over coordination. The strongest fit will be someone who is deeply engaged with TikTok, Reels, Shorts, internet culture, and the mechanics of viral content. Prior experience growing a page or channel from zero to meaningful traction is highly valued, as is direct involvement in such growth.
