Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive partner adoption for a B2B digital platform across the MEA region, with a focus on KSA, UAE, and the wider GCC. This role is centered on building scalable growth systems, improving the partner journey end to end, and creating automated workflows that reduce manual effort while increasing adoption, conversion, retention, and expansion.

What You Will Own

  • Lead the full partner funnel from acquisition through activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Design and run omnichannel acquisition journeys using campaigns, inbound triggers, and handoffs from ISR teams.
  • Unify signals from the platform, WhatsApp, email, and voice into one connected growth engine.
  • Create smooth onboarding and first-order experiences while deciding when partners should self-serve versus receive assisted support.
  • Improve RFQ to deal to order conversion by using AI-based intent routing, pricing or credit prompts, and timely follow-ups.
  • Develop lifecycle automation for retention, including self-service account tools, proactive nudges, and customer feedback loops.
  • Build cross-sell and upsell motions through recommendations, bundles, and embedded brand programs.
  • Differentiate journeys for managed partners and long-tail partners based on their service needs and buying behavior.
  • For managed partners, enhance account management with faster quote-to-order flow, transparent pricing and inventory, and a smoother blend of PAM and platform support.
  • For long-tail partners, make the platform the primary way to do business through self-serve discovery, quick checkout, automated support, and limited ISR support where it adds real value.
  • Run rapid experiments across onboarding, messaging, UX, and journey design, then turn winning ideas into repeatable playbooks and always-on workflows.
  • Use CRM and CDP signals to trigger automated outreach and in-product prompts.
  • Apply AI for query handling, intent capture, and smart routing across chat and voice.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, digital/MarTech, and sales/ISR teams to improve adoption and conversion.
  • Continuously collect partner feedback and convert it into improvements in journeys, UX, and business processes.

Experience and Working Style

  • Strong background in growth, product, or digital roles with solid exposure to B2B or platform-led businesses.
  • Preferred experience in the MEA or GCC region.
  • Hands-on operator who is comfortable working with data, systems, CRM tools, martech, and customer journeys.
  • Strategic thinker who can simplify complex problems and build scalable systems.
  • Action-oriented leader with strong ownership and comfort with fast experimentation and learning from failure.
  • Collaborative communicator who can coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Process and automation mindset with a strong focus on repeatability and AI-enabled execution.

Additional Information

Location: UAE, with scope covering KSA, UAE, and GCC markets.

This is a full-time onsite position.

The role requires a senior-level growth leader who can operate across strategy, execution, automation, and cross-functional alignment.

Eligibility

Professionals with 7 to 8 years of experience in growth, product, or digital functions, especially those with strong B2B/platform exposure, are encouraged to apply. Experience in the MEA/GCC context is preferred.
