The company helps more people realize the idea of having a vacation home of their own and is backed by experienced founders and well-known European business angels. It is growing rapidly and is looking for someone to help build the next Proptech unicorn.
Role overview
As a Growth Hacker, you will work as the CMO’s right hand and take ownership of growth initiatives across the full customer journey. You will use AI as a core part of your workflow, move ideas quickly into execution, analyze outcomes with a data-driven mindset, and turn market potential into measurable growth.
What you will do
- Build growth hypotheses and drive projects end to end, using AI tools, automation, and low-code solutions.
- Spot opportunities throughout the customer journey and translate them into actions that improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Use AI as a practical productivity lever, including prompting, workflow design, agents, and automation.
- Test and adopt emerging AI technologies early to speed up processes and create competitive advantages.
- Work in funnels, leverage points, and interconnected systems, making decisions based on data rather than intuition.
- Contribute across acquisition, conversion, and retention workstreams wherever you can create the strongest impact.
- Create processes, structures, and automations that make growth measurable, repeatable, and scalable.
- Review performance, derive recommendations, and continuously improve initiatives using insights and data.
- Partner closely with the marketing team to ensure growth projects are executed quickly and effectively.
What we are looking for
- Proven ability to not only design ideas but also bring them to completion and deliver results.
- Strong comfort with data analysis and the ability to interpret numbers independently, even without a dedicated BI team.
- Experience with AI tools, automations, and modern workflow systems such as n8n, Zapier, or GPT-based workflows.
- Ownership mindset: you want to solve problems, not just complete tasks, and you start with the “why” before the “how.”
- Experience in a fast-growing environment such as a startup, scale-up, consultancy, or similar setting.
- Strategic thinking combined with a bias for execution over endless planning.
- Clear, structured communication, ideally supported by data and numbers.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Open to different educational backgrounds; what matters most is what you have built, implemented, and achieved.
