Role Overview

This Graphic Designer role sits within Bold AI’s Flywheel team. The position blends AI-enabled creative work with Adobe-based finishing. You will move quickly through concepting and production, turning briefs into brand-aligned, platform-native assets at a pace that manual workflows could not match. The work supports named enterprise clients, requires strong brand discipline, and contributes learnings back into the platform so each new cycle improves.

About the Flywheel Platform

Flywheel is Bold AI’s proprietary end-to-end content supply chain platform. The production team uses it to manage the entire workflow. It can ingest a brand from a website URL or brand book and convert it into a structured profile that is ready for prompting, including palette, tone, audience, and visual direction. From one workspace, users can brief and generate across multiple models, organize and review results in Collections, run automated brand-fit and safety checks through Persona Lens, correct AI imperfections with Pixel Fix, upscale assets to delivery resolution, track deadlines in a production calendar, and generate shareable review links with one-click export.

Tools and Stack

The tools used in this role include Flywheel, Superscale, Luma, Open Art AI, Higgsfield, Canva, Claude, ChatGPT, Adobe Creative Cloud, Linear, and Topaz.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work according to EST, aligned with Toronto, Canada working hours.
  • Create design assets across multiple formats, including social content, motion graphics, static campaigns, brand systems, and presentations.
  • Use AI image and video tools inside Flywheel to generate, refine, and break down concepts efficiently at high volume.
  • Polish AI-generated output in Adobe tools through retouching, compositing, typography, layout, and final production-quality finishing.
  • Create and keep updated prompt libraries, style references, and templates that improve first-pass quality for the wider team.
  • Maintain brand consistency across large volumes of assets for enterprise accounts such as Nature Fresh Farms and Samsung.
  • Ensure all output feels native to the platform and avoids a generic AI look.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and the brand and production leads within production pods.
  • Share insights and improvements back into Flywheel so the system becomes more effective over time.

What You Bring

  • A well-rounded portfolio spanning digital, social, and brand design.
  • Everyday practical experience using AI-powered design tools for image generation, video, and upscaling, with the ability to learn new models quickly.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • A strong finishing sensibility that can distinguish rough AI output from a polished final asset.
  • The ability to maintain quality while producing at high speed and high volume.
  • Strong brand judgment and the discipline to apply a visual identity consistently across many deliverables.
  • At least 4 years of experience in graphic design gained in an agency, in-house, or studio environment.

Nice to Have

  • Practical proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience with motion design and short-form video editing using tools such as After Effects, Premiere, or Runway.
  • Experience creating or maintaining design systems and template libraries.
  • Ability to interpret creative performance signals and adjust output accordingly.
