Job description
Role overview
Search Influence is a digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through strategy-led, measurable campaigns. The team is looking for a part-time graphic designer to join the Operations group in Louisiana. This position is suited to someone who works quickly, thinks with performance in mind, and creates digital visuals that help drive clicks and conversions.
This is a flexible part-time opportunity with a wide mix of creative work.
Key work areas
- Create attention-grabbing digital ad creatives for formats such as HTML5, Google Display, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Design landing pages and supporting page layouts for SEO and paid media efforts.
- Produce motion graphics and video ads for social and display placements.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to deliver polished assets within deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback promptly and efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Keep brand presentation consistent across all client-facing deliverables.
- Use AI-assisted creative tools, including Adobe Firefly and Midjourney, to speed up production.
- Monitor digital design trends and share useful ideas with the wider team.
Required background
Candidates should bring at least one year of graphic design experience in a digital advertising or multimedia agency. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is essential. Experience with HTML5 ad development is also required.
The role calls for someone who is detail-oriented, manages time well, communicates clearly, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred experience
Helpful extras include a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field; hands-on experience with Figma and/or Canva; a portfolio that demonstrates digital ads, landing pages, and social graphics; knowledge of UX and web design best practices; familiarity with AI image-generation tools; basic HTML and CSS knowledge; and the ability to work with platforms such as Google Web Designer.
Values and application fit
The team welcomes candidates who may not match every qualification exactly. Transferable experience, enthusiasm, and the ability to learn are valued highly. More than a perfect résumé, the company is looking for people who reflect its values: collaboration, hunger, agility, reliability, genuineness, effectiveness, and dedication.
