The team makes work that connects with people — from Instagram carousels that instantly capture attention, to brand identities rooted in real stories, to campaign assets that inspire curiosity and drive bookings.
The role
You will join the creative team supporting three distinct brands and contribute to social content, campaign materials, and brand assets seen by thousands of real users. You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director, who will guide the overall direction, while you take charge of execution and help shape ideas into finished design work.
This opportunity is well suited to someone with strong design basics, an expanding portfolio, and the desire for greater creative ownership than their current position allows.
Key responsibilities
- Design engaging social content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including carousels, stories, and posts.
- Create visual assets for new experiences, retreats, and residencies.
- Develop marketing creatives for email campaigns, advertisements, and landing page visuals.
- Support the upkeep and refinement of brand guidelines across Experience Co., BHX, and Bucketlist.
- Work with the team on campaigns from initial concept through final execution.
- Move quickly, adapt based on feedback, and maintain a fast startup-style workflow.
Tools and skills expected
Applicants should be comfortable using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), and Canva. Familiarity with After Effects, AI-based design tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, and Runway, as well as basic photography, will be considered an advantage.
Experience and fit
The preferred candidate will have 2 to 4 years of design experience. A portfolio demonstrating strong work in social media content, branding, and marketing design is important. You should be able to switch between polished brand deliverables and rapid-turnaround assets without compromising quality, understand what makes content effective, and proactively ask questions when a brief is incomplete.
Location
This is an in-office role based in Bangalore, with working days from Monday to Friday.
