About the Role
This contract opportunity is for a Graphic Designer II to support an in-house creative team in Toronto. The role is suited to someone who enjoys turning ideas into visually strong materials for internal audiences and can work across a range of business and marketing needs.
The position is hybrid, with 4 days required onsite and 1 day remote. It is a 14-month contract beginning on July 6, 2026. Based on performance and business requirements, there may be a chance for the assignment to be extended or converted to a permanent role.
Work Schedule and Conditions
The expected working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime and travel are not required for this assignment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to develop sales materials, presentation decks, brochures, and event or marketing assets.
- Build creative concepts using existing templates and brand frameworks.
- Make sure all design output follows brand standards and supports business goals.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, including discussing creative briefs and coordinating print vendors for production and delivery.
- Produce work with a strong focus on precision, accessibility, and visual consistency.
Skills and Experience Needed
Applicants should bring at least 4 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative setting. Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Experience with Figma is also required.
You should be comfortable creating polished PowerPoint presentations and working within Microsoft Office. A working understanding of HTML and CSS as it relates to design is needed, along with solid experience in data visualization and infographic creation. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices is important.
Strong collaboration skills, clear communication with stakeholders, and a high level of personal accountability are all important for success in this role. Experience with website structure or app development, as well as exposure to regulated industries such as financial services, would be an advantage.

Performance in this role will be judged on the quality of deliverables, the ability to meet deadlines, and the feedback received from stakeholders.
