Role Summary

The Graphic Designer I position sits within the Business Development/Marketing team and supports the Design Center by producing high-quality creative work that strengthens the firm’s brand and business objectives. This opportunity suits a detail-oriented designer who can manage time well, work collaboratively, and contribute as part of a cross-functional creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create polished visual materials for both internal and external audiences, including presentations, reports, proposals, infographics, email layouts, website graphics, social media assets, and event collateral.
  • Apply firm branding standards consistently across all design work and ensure a unified visual presence.
  • Support marketing initiatives by developing attractive graphics matched to specific campaign goals and target audiences.
  • Partner with marketing, communications, and business development teams to interpret design needs and deliver against project expectations.
  • Work with Design Center colleagues and outside stakeholders to revise concepts and improve final outputs.
  • Prepare files appropriately for digital and print production.
  • Keep design files, templates, and asset libraries structured and easy to access.
  • Assist in sorting and prioritizing incoming design requests and managing job file administration.
  • Contribute ideas that help evolve the firm’s visual identity and improve design approaches.
  • Support quality control efforts to make sure all materials meet brand and production standards.
  • Handle multiple assignments at once while working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Respond quickly to review comments and update designs accordingly.
  • Help refine workflows, processes, and systems that support the design queue.
  • Collaborate on the firm’s Digital Asset Management system to ensure assets are organized and used properly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional design experience; internships or freelance work may also be considered.
  • Experience in a corporate or professional services setting is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus Adobe Express.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for corporate document design.
  • Exposure to web design tools and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro.
  • Understanding of digital asset management practices.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, refined work.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable to feedback and open to continuous learning and growth.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • No visa sponsorship is required.

Compensation

The expected annual salary for this non-exempt position is $60,000 to $72,000. Final compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, location, education, market data, and internal equity.
