Job description

The Opportunity

This short-term, three-month part-time position offers 24 hours per week for a design professional who is both detail-focused and creatively strong. Based at the National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland, the role supports the marketing and bid functions by creating polished design work that helps strengthen proposals and showcase the brand across several channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create high-quality bid documents, presentations, and marketing materials that are visually strong and persuasive.
  • Handle several design assignments and tender deadlines at once while keeping pace in a busy environment.
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and operations teams to turn ideas into finished creative outputs.
  • Keep brand templates, design files, and content libraries current so everything remains consistent.
  • Assist with social media creative and other brand design work when needed.

About You

  • You bring at least three years of experience in graphic design, ideally from a corporate, agency, or similarly fast-moving setting.
  • You are highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and have a strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and can produce quality work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • You communicate clearly and are comfortable sharing ideas with a range of stakeholders.
  • You stay organised, adapt quickly, and can balance competing priorities while working within brand standards.
