Role Overview

The Graphic Designer, Content Creator will connect brand standards with engaging digital content. This position sits in the Marketing and Communications team and calls for strong independence, fast delivery, and a sharp eye for visual storytelling.

It is well suited to someone who has already worked in an in-house or corporate creative setting and can balance template-driven production in Canva with more technical brand execution in Adobe tools. The role supports executive-level standards while producing content that resonates with agents and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

You will design and deliver social, email, and corporate creative assets, maintain scalable template systems, and help keep brand execution consistent across a large ecosystem of users.

Social Media Content

  • Create engaging layouts and visuals for social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
  • Develop and update a robust collection of Canva templates tailored to recurring platform-specific social content.
  • Produce assets quickly for time-sensitive campaigns, major events, and urgent company announcements.

Canva Template Systems and Governance

  • Design, expand, and maintain public-facing and internal Canva templates for use by large groups of agents and staff.
  • Manage high-volume asset creation and accurately place detailed content and data into templated layouts.
  • Keep master templates protected, consistently aligned to the brand, and easy for non-designers to use.

Email and Digital Assets

  • Create polished graphics, banners, and personalized modules for HubSpot email campaigns.
  • Adapt digital creative for multiple uses including web banners, event assets, and digital signage while following established brand standards.

Corporate and Executive Design

  • Produce refined corporate materials such as executive presentations, strategic one-pagers, and internal communication pieces.
  • Translate detailed brand guidelines into executive-facing deliverables with strong polish, accurate copy, and consistent layouts.
  • Work with the Communications team to create visuals for announcements, reports, and leadership initiatives.
  • Partner with Senior Designers to evolve creative output while remaining fully on-brand.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has professional experience in content creation, social media design, or an in-house corporate creative role, along with a strong portfolio and practical hands-on expertise. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience is also acceptable.
