Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Aluva, Kerala, for a Graphic Designer and Motion Video Creator. The role centers on producing graphics and visual content for websites, social platforms, and marketing initiatives while keeping all creative outputs aligned with brand standards.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will develop logos, brand assets, typography-led layouts, and motion-based videos such as promotional edits, explainer content, and short-form social media reels. You will work closely with strategists, developers, and marketing teams to turn ideas into engaging visuals, improve designs using feedback, prepare final digital assets, and contribute creative concepts for campaigns and product experiences. The position also involves keeping up with current design trends and maintaining well-organized design files.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in graphic design and visual communication, supported by a portfolio that includes both digital and print work. Experience in logo creation and brand identity development is important, along with a solid grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. You should also be able to create motion content through animation, video editing, and visual storytelling, and be comfortable using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or comparable software. The role calls for strong collaboration skills, the ability to handle multiple assignments, work to deadlines, and bring creative problem-solving and attention to detail to every task. A background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content formats will be an added advantage.
