Role overview

Join a prominent Australian fashion and streetwear retailer as a Graphic Designer in Brisbane. This position suits someone who wants their creative output to be highly visible across store screens, campaign launches, paid social, email marketing, and brand activations rather than remaining behind the scenes.

The business has a strong and recognisable visual identity, and its marketing calendar moves quickly. You will support a fast-paced creative environment where product drops, events, and campaigns require consistent, timely design work that reflects the brand’s cultural relevance.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Creative Lead, as well as the Brand, Content, and Digital teams, to turn campaign concepts into polished visual assets across the touchpoints that matter most.

Key responsibilities

  • Create graphics and visual assets for digital marketing, in-store screens, campaign launches, activations, and events.
  • Work from creative briefs, clarifying requirements early so the final output is accurate from the start.
  • Prioritise and manage your own workload to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-moving team.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead and the Content and Digital Marketing teams to maintain a unified visual message.
  • Apply brand rules and visual standards across all design deliverables.
  • Keep up with fashion, design, and cultural movements so the brand remains current and relevant.
