Role Overview
This position is based in the Warriewood office and works four days per week, with hybrid work arrangements available. The role focuses on producing polished, accurate visual assets for both print and digital channels, with a strong emphasis on precision, organisation, and accountability. There is also scope to expand into motion and animation work over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Create brochures, flyers, catalogues, signage, print-ready artwork, and campaign rollout materials for a broad range of technology products.
- Review and proof all creative output to ensure product names, specifications, URLs, and calls to action are correct and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain well-structured working files, version history, and a tidy collateral library for efficient asset management.
- Design social media visuals and digital signage graphics.
- Help implement and maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
- Contribute to motion graphics and animation work, including product animations, social animations, event screen content, LED displays, and video graphics using tools such as After Effects.
- Support the Brand Manager with wider brand and campaign development activities.
What You Bring
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to verify technical and brand-specific information before artwork is released.
- Strong production design experience across print and digital deliverables.
- Highly organised file management habits, including version control and asset library upkeep.
- Experience or strong interest in motion graphics and animation.
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Canva and Blender would be an advantage.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
Why Work Here
- A four-day work week with hybrid flexibility.
- A supportive team that encourages learning and professional growth.
- Freedom to help shape the brand and experiment with new tools.
- Regular team lunches, offsites, and quality coffee.
- Access to a training budget, merch, travel, and beer on tap.
