About the Role
SBH Fashion is looking for a highly creative and well-organized Graphic Design Manager to guide the delivery of brand visuals across both digital and print channels. In this position, you will lead a compact design team while working closely with the Art Director to shape how the brand appears across marketing, e-commerce, retail, events, packaging, and wholesale projects.
The right candidate brings a strong design background, solid project management ability, and the confidence to work in a fast-moving fashion setting. A refined eye for luxury branding and storytelling through visuals is essential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, support, and develop a team of two designers: one Senior Graphic Designer and one Junior Graphic Designer.
- Direct the creation and rollout of digital and print creative assets while keeping all materials aligned with brand identity.
- Work hand in hand with the Art Director to turn seasonal campaigns and brand plans into compelling visual assets.
- Own design projects from early concept development through final production across multiple channels.
- Build and supervise creative for email campaigns, paid and organic social media, e-commerce content, digital ads, retail and event materials, packaging, branded collateral, wholesale and sales presentations, and print marketing.
- Set up efficient workflows, manage priorities, and keep the team on schedule so deadlines are consistently met.
- Collaborate across Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Production, and Sales to support business goals.
- Protect brand standards and maintain a consistent look and feel across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Keep up with current design trends, fashion aesthetics, and new creative technologies.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Background in managing and developing creative team members.
- A strong portfolio showing experience in both digital and print design.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience creating assets for e-commerce and performance marketing channels.
- Good knowledge of print production workflows and technical specifications.
- Strong organization, communication, and project management abilities.
- Comfort working on several projects at once in a deadline-focused environment.
Compensation
Salary range: $110,000 to $115,000 per year.
