Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Graphic Design Intern who can work with PUMA’s bold, performance-led, and street-influenced visual style. The ideal candidate should be able to turn brand identity into strong visual communication across both still and moving content for a variety of consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify design assets for social channels such as Instagram, X, YouTube, and similar platforms.
- Develop CRM creatives for emailers, push alerts, and app banners.
- Produce store communication materials including in-store branding, signage, and point-of-sale graphics.
- Design outdoor advertising assets such as billboards, transit media, and hoardings.
- Prepare marketplace creatives for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Build website assets for e-commerce, including banners and landing pages.
- Support basic motion graphics and video editing for digital and social campaigns.
- Assist with short-form video pieces such as reels, stories, and ad creatives.
- Help with fast edits and quick deliverables during campaign shoots.
- Contribute to campaign toolkits and visual design systems.
- Ensure all output follows brand guidelines consistently across formats.
- Respond quickly to real-time and reactive content requirements.
- Support senior designers and marketing teams on active campaigns.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Good understanding of PUMA’s brand language, especially the mix of sport, streetwear, and culture.
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and motion principles.
- Comfort working across both static and video-based formats.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for video edits.
- Adobe InDesign knowledge is an added advantage.
- Understanding of social-first formats such as Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace design requirements.
- Basic 3D design exposure using tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D, preferred.
- Ability to create simple product renders or motion loops, preferred.
- Awareness of fashion, sportswear, or sneaker culture, preferred.
- Knowledge of marketplace design considerations such as clutter management and pricing overlays, preferred.
