About the company

Lead Forensics provides software solutions designed to help businesses increase sales performance and grow more effectively. The business focuses on helping clients unlock new opportunities through its technology-led offering.

What the role involves

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out account research to tailor outreach and improve response and conversion rates.
  • Connect with key decision-makers to understand their needs and determine whether they are a strong fit.
  • Arrange qualified meetings and pass opportunities to senior sales colleagues while gaining exposure to the wider sales process.
  • Hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment goals consistently.
  • Work in close partnership with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and aligned opportunity management.

What the company is looking for

The ideal candidate is ambitious, determined, and ready to build a career in sales. You should be confident in communication, comfortable with targets, and willing to learn through coaching and ongoing development.

Essential requirements

  • Clear, confident, and engaging communication style.
  • Strong drive to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Resilience, coachability, and comfort working toward targets.
  • Competitive attitude with a self-motivated approach.
  • Good organisation and time management.
  • Solid work ethic and a history of putting in extra effort to achieve results.

Preferred background

  • Prior exposure to sales, customer service, or retail.
  • Examples of achievement through sports, societies, part-time work, or similar activities.
  • Interest in technology or SaaS products.

Benefits and rewards

  • Guaranteed first-year earning potential of £60,000 OTE, rising to £80,000 OTE in year two and £120,000+ OTE by year three for top performers.
  • Opportunity-based automatic promotions tied to performance.
  • Personal development budget to support your skills, career growth, and income potential.
  • Ongoing training, practical mentoring, and daily support from experienced leaders and successful peers.
  • Two paid volunteering days each year.
  • Incentive trips to destinations such as Ibiza, Barcelona, Las Vegas, and Cancun.
  • Regular team socials, competitions, and celebrations in a high-energy culture.
