Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary of £27,000.

What the role involves

As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, your main focus will be to generate new business opportunities and introduce prospective customers to the platform. You will work closely with Account Executives and senior sales leaders to engage decision-makers in the UK and US and support the company’s expansion.

  • Research target businesses and relevant contacts.
  • Reach out to prospects by phone, email and professional networking platforms.
  • Build rapport with senior decision-makers.
  • Identify business pain points and assess whether opportunities are a fit.
  • Arrange product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Work with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.
  • Take part in training sessions and coaching workshops.
  • Develop knowledge of SaaS, AI and professional services markets.

High performers in this SDR position can move into Senior SDR roles within their first year, with expanded responsibility, higher earning potential and pay above £30,000.
