Navan is looking for a Graduate Sales Development Representative to join its Berlin team and begin a structured growth path in SaaS sales. This position is designed as a focused development track that prepares you for a future role as an Account Executive, with a target progression timeline of 20 months based on performance.

You will enter a defined SDR-to-AE journey, gaining practical experience in a fast-moving tech sales environment while building the core capabilities needed for advancement.
- You will receive close guidance and mentorship from experienced sales professionals in the SaaS space.
- High performance can lead to a clear promotion track into an Account Executive role within 20 months.
- You will work with the MEDDPICC sales framework, a widely used sales methodology.
