About Imaging Associates
Imaging Associates is a doctor-led radiology provider known for strong clinical standards and rapid expansion. The organisation operates across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga, with a focus on diagnostic imaging that combines quality care and an attentive patient experience. Its aim is to deliver radiology services of a world-class standard that support every patient’s healthcare journey.
The business is currently going through significant growth. It already has 17 private clinics in its network, and additional clinics are planned to open in late 2026 and 2027. This role offers the chance to join a team at an exciting stage of expansion.
Role overview
Imaging Associates is looking for a Graduate Radiographer to join its Drouin and Warragul clinic team. This is a great opportunity to begin your career in a supportive, doctor-led setting where you can build confidence, develop practical skills, and contribute meaningfully from the start.
You will be working closely with experienced radiographers and radiologists who will help you grow into a confident, capable clinician. Through practical mentoring, clinical support, and exposure to a broad mix of cases, you will be guided through the early stages of your professional journey.
What the role offers
- Strong early-career clinical exposure with a varied case mix and the chance to progress into modalities such as CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
- Ongoing mentoring and guidance from experienced radiographers and radiologists.
- Access to modern technology and up-to-date equipment.
- No night shifts, helping support better work-life balance.
- Long-term career growth, ongoing learning, and future opportunities across different imaging modalities and clinic locations within a growing network.
What they are looking for
The team places patient care first, so a warm, compassionate approach is essential. You should be able to communicate well, connect easily with patients, and bring a strong sense of professionalism to the role.
They are also looking for someone who is adaptable, flexible, highly organised, and motivated to keep learning and improving.
Additional requirements
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Victorian Radiation licence.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Additional information
This opportunity is based in Drouin and Warragul and is offered on a full-time, onsite basis.
No night shifts are required.
The job sits within a growing organisation with future development pathways across modalities and locations.
How to approach the role
This position is suited to someone who wants to launch their radiography career in a supportive environment, learn from experienced clinicians, and steadily build capability across advanced imaging pathways.
