About the role

Radiology Tasmania is seeking recently qualified or soon-to-qualify Radiographers to join its team in Hobart or Launceston. Hiring is planned across multiple start dates throughout 2026 and into 2027. The organisation operates as one of Tasmania’s largest private medical imaging providers and is part of Integral Diagnostics (IDX), which manages more than 150 clinics across Australia.

New graduates will have access to modern facilities, including recently opened clinics in Glenorchy and Launceston. From day one, the graduate program provides structured training, development, and support from experienced teams in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Relocation and retention scheme

An industry-leading relocation and retention package, valued at up to $50,000 over three years, is available to all graduates. The scheme includes:

  • $10,000 relocation bonus, repayable if the employee leaves within the first 12 months
  • $5,000 retention bonus after 3 months of service
  • $10,000 retention bonus after 12 months
  • $10,000 retention bonus after 24 months
  • $15,000 retention bonus after 36 months

What you will bring
