Overview
ABM UK is looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join its team in Harlington, England. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of important business initiatives, helping turn complex work into structured plans that teams can follow with clarity and confidence.
This position is for 40 hours per week and offers a competitive salary.

What you will do
- Build clear project plans and use Gantt charts to track milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure key details are captured in the master plan.
- Review multiple schedules together to identify clashes, assess resource pressure, and help with rollout planning.
- Monitor progress against deadlines, follow up on risks or delays, and escalate issues to management when needed.
- Prepare materials and deliver regular updates in operational meetings so teams stay informed about status, risks, and achievements.
What we are looking for
- A recent graduate who is keen to learn and brings strong organisational and time-management ability.
- Some hands-on exposure, either through study or work, to project management software.
- Comfort using PowerPoint or similar tools to organise information and create polished presentations.
- A self-driven approach with the ability to handle several priorities accurately and with limited supervision.
- Strong communication and people skills, with the confidence to interact with senior leaders and project heads.
- A structured, detail-focused working style, along with the flexibility to adapt when business needs change.
- A problem-solving mindset that is creative, results-oriented, and committed to high standards.

- Use work equipment and personal protective equipment correctly and in line with training.
