The company reports client satisfaction of 99.25% and team satisfaction of 98.68%, and is seeking aspiring program management graduates who want to help deliver major business transformation initiatives with clarity, confidence, and strong team support.
About the employer
Seven Consulting is a privately owned, independent Australian consultancy focused on project and program management. Since 2002, it has delivered large and complex IT-enabled business transformation projects valued from $1M to $1.4Bn for major Australian organisations.
What the role involves
During the first year, selected graduates will take part in 4 to 5 training sessions each week with the company founder and senior consultants. These sessions are followed by hands-on work experience and billable client assignments, helping graduates build practical capability across the full project lifecycle.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant is motivated to learn, adaptable in changing environments, and eager to take feedback constructively. The role also calls for strong communication, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and sustained energy. Applicants should be able to provide references from previous employers or teachers.

The graduate experience includes continuous learning, individual career development planning, mentoring, exposure to end-to-end project delivery, training allowances, a collaborative and inclusive workplace, and support during personal hardships.
Additional benefits
The company also highlights excellent remuneration with profit share, paid overtime, recognition for strong performance, and involvement in its charity initiative, Project 7.
Diversity and inclusion
Seven Consulting states that it is an inclusive employer that supports development and opportunity regardless of gender, ethnicity, generation, family circumstances, sexual orientation, or disability.
Additional information
This role is positioned as an opportunity to contribute to significant industry projects while joining a growing organisation that values long-term development in program management.
