Job description
Role overview
Enterprise Mobility is a global, family-run mobility business with a turnover of $39 billion, almost 90,000 employees, and a presence across 95 countries. The company is led by Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family, and its long-term ownership structure is designed to support lasting growth for employees, customers, and the business.
Why this programme stands out
This management training path is designed to help you build leadership capability with the aim of progressing to branch manager in one of the retail operations in as little as two years. Many of the organisation’s senior leaders, including the current CEO, started in this same role.
From the outset, you will be given meaningful responsibility and practical exposure across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and related business areas. The role is structured to support learning through experience while you develop professionally.
High performance is recognised through incentives and further promotion opportunities. The organisation also follows a strong internal progression model, allowing employees to move forward without needing to switch employers.
Training and development are central to the programme. You will benefit from classroom-based learning, hands-on training, and mentorship intended to help you strengthen your current abilities and build new ones.
The company also places emphasis on inclusion and welcomes different perspectives and backgrounds, aiming to create an environment where diversity of thought is valued.
Core responsibilities
From the beginning, you will take ownership of real work and gain exposure to several functions of the business, including:
- Delivering a strong customer experience by managing reservations, answering queries, and creating positive relationships with a wide range of customers.
- Supporting sales and marketing activity by working with local business partners, expanding your network, and developing long-term connections.
- Learning financial control basics, including how to manage costs and read profit and loss information.
- Building capability in operations and logistics through fleet management, planning, and performance improvement.
- Developing leadership skills by helping train, mentor, and guide team members, with scope to manage and promote others over time.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be accepted in place of formal study where appropriate.
- A full manual driving licence from the Republic of Ireland, the UK, or the EU is required, with reasonable accommodations available for candidates who cannot drive because of a disability.
- No drug- or alcohol-related offence may appear on the driving record within the previous five years.
Additional information
- Due to current employment permit rules, the employer cannot sponsor an employment permit for this position because it is not eligible under the present system.
- Selection will be based solely on performance against the company’s competencies, regardless of socio-economic background, university, subject studied, or degree obtained.
- Applicants should share any accommodations needed to participate in the recruitment process.
- Candidates should submit only one application based on the place where they live or intend to work; applying for multiple locations will slow down processing.
- This posting applies only to candidates in Dublin.
