What you will do

You will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from your first day and gain exposure to several areas of the business.

• Deliver high-quality customer service by managing reservations, responding to customer queries, and building strong relationships with a varied customer base.
• Support sales and marketing activity by working with local business partners, expanding your network, and developing lasting professional connections.
• Learn the financial side of the business, including cost management and reading profit and loss statements to improve profitability.
• Gain experience in fleet management, operational planning, and performance improvement across the branch.
• Build leadership skills through mentoring, training, and supporting the development of your own team, with potential to manage and promote others over time.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be considered in its place.
• A full manual driving licence issued in the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU is required; accommodations can be made for candidates who do not drive because of a disability.
• No driving record offence related to drugs or alcohol within the past five years is allowed.

• The role cannot be supported for an employment permit because it is not eligible under the current permit framework.
