Job description
Role overview
Enterprise Mobility is a privately owned global mobility company with a turnover of $39 billion, close to 90,000 employees, and operations spanning 95 countries. The business is led by CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family, and is built on a long-term approach that prioritises its people, customers, and overall success.
Why this training programme stands out
This graduate pathway is designed to help you develop leadership capability and work toward becoming a branch manager in a retail operation within about two years. Many of the company’s senior leaders started in this same role, including the current CEO.
From the outset, you will receive structured support and practical exposure across key business areas such as customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Growth and recognition
Hard work is rewarded through performance-linked incentives and opportunities for advancement. The company follows a strong promote-from-within approach, allowing long-term career progression without needing to move elsewhere.
Your development will be supported through a blend of classroom sessions, on-the-job learning, and mentorship, giving you the tools to build new capabilities and strengthen existing ones.
Inclusive workplace
The employer aims to welcome different perspectives and backgrounds. The role is shaped around mutual growth, where your contribution helps influence the company just as the organisation supports your development.
What you will do
You will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from your first day and gain exposure to several areas of the business.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by managing reservations, responding to customer queries, and building strong relationships with a varied customer base.
- Support sales and marketing activity by working with local business partners, expanding your network, and developing lasting professional connections.
- Learn the financial side of the business, including cost management and reading profit and loss statements to improve profitability.
- Gain experience in fleet management, operational planning, and performance improvement across the branch.
- Build leadership skills through mentoring, training, and supporting the development of your own team, with potential to manage and promote others over time.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be considered in its place.
- A full manual driving licence issued in the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU is required; accommodations can be made for candidates who do not drive because of a disability.
- No driving record offence related to drugs or alcohol within the past five years is allowed.
Additional information
- The role cannot be supported for an employment permit because it is not eligible under the current permit framework.
- Selection will be based on how candidates perform against the company’s competencies, regardless of socio-economic background, university, subject, or degree.
- Candidates should share any adjustments needed to take part in the recruitment process.
- Applicants should submit only one application for the location where they live or intend to work, as multiple applications may slow down processing.
- This vacancy applies only to Letterkenny.
