In this position, you will serve as the connection point between business and technical teams, taking responsibility across the full process from gathering requirements through solution design, implementation, optimisation, and ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and shape practical, data-led solutions.
- Create scalable analytics and data solutions using Databricks.
- Build automated pipelines, reports, and workflows that reduce repetitive manual work.
- Use AI and advanced analytics methods where they add value.
- Partner with data engineers to design strong and reusable data models.
- Turn complex datasets into clear insights that can support decisions.
- Look for opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve existing processes.
- Maintain high standards for data quality, governance, and analytical best practice.
Qualifications And Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Hands-on programming experience with Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of data structures and software engineering principles is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Databricks or other cloud-based data platforms would be an advantage.
- Interest in automation, AI, and scalable system design.
- Strong ability to communicate findings and tell stories with data.
- A curious mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies.
On Offer
- Complimentary home broadband.
- Free mobile SIM plan.
- Hybrid-style flexibility with three days each week in the office.
- Lunch on Wednesdays, plus snacks, donuts, and additional treats.
- A diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Opportunities to grow skills and build networks for success in the telco and tech sectors, both at Superloop and beyond.
