Role overview
This is an opportunity for a recent Civil Engineering graduate to begin a career with a global technical construction specialist. The position is based in Massen-Niederlausitz, Germany, on a new data centre project, and offers exposure to large-scale work valued at more than €100M across the UK and Europe. The role is designed to provide practical learning, involvement in different project stages, and a clear route for long-term career growth.
In this position, you will take responsibility for Process Systems and help coordinate activity between different stakeholders to support efficient project delivery. You will be working alongside highly experienced professionals and developing a broad, hands-on understanding of high-tech construction.
What you will do
You will be based on site five days a week, Monday to Friday, and contribute to construction activity on a high-tech project. The role includes carrying out CSA-related work across different stages of specialised construction projects, along with coordinating site activity to keep delivery moving smoothly.
The company has a strong international footprint in mission-critical construction, including data centres and similar facilities. Once the current project is complete, there may be opportunities for travel in the UK and overseas. The role also comes with a structured development path toward senior positions such as Senior Project Manager and Project Director.
Pay and benefits
The package includes a salary of €38,000 to €40,000, along with a travel allowance, training, holidays, and strong career progression. The position is available for an immediate start.
