Role overview
This position is an early-career entry point for graduates joining Accenture Technology in Singapore. The role is broad and varied, combining advisory, design, engineering, domain knowledge, and project coordination. You will work with senior analysts, consultants, and technology specialists to help organizations refine, redesign, and reinvent the way they operate with technology.
What you may work on
- Applying cybersecurity controls for a social media platform.
- Moving HR and finance operations for a multinational company to cloud-based systems.
- Rebuilding investment workflows and related applications for Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.
- Developing machine learning solutions that support coral reef restoration in the Philippines.
Core responsibilities
Your main focus will be to partner with internal experts and help clients turn business goals into practical technology-enabled outcomes. Typical work includes understanding strategic objectives, identifying the real problem through research and analysis, shaping better solutions, and supporting delivery using Accenture methods, tools, and resources.
- Work alongside senior team members to support client and delivery activities.
- Translate client objectives into practical strategies and action plans.
- Research issues thoroughly to identify root causes, constraints, and possible approaches.
- Improve current processes or design new ones that drive efficiency and transformation.
- Help implement solutions and support review, alignment, and stakeholder discussions.
Talent Advancement Program
The Talent Advancement Program is intended to help participants grow quickly through a combination of real project work, guided learning, mentoring, and career planning. It is designed to build strong theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and domain expertise for a long-term career advising leading organizations.
Participants gain hands-on exposure from day one while also benefiting from professional guidance, an individual progression plan, and structured support for continuous learning and advancement.
Specialization pods
The program is organized into six specialization pods: two in Consulting and four in Technology. Pod allocation depends on your background, interests, capabilities, and qualifications. Technology pathways include Cloud First, Delivery Lifecycle Management, Security, Software Platforms, Business Analysis, and Change Management.
- Cloud First: Focuses on helping organizations move applications, data, and infrastructure to the cloud. Relevant capabilities include site reliability engineering, cloud services, network and security engineering, full stack technologies, DevSecOps, test automation, and Agile.
- Delivery Lifecycle Management: Supports end-to-end project delivery and program control with skills in project management, issue and risk management, agile scrums, delivery control tools, and governance metrics.
- Security: Helps businesses operate safely online through governance, standards, policy compliance, regulatory security requirements, incident analysis, vulnerability assessment, analytics, and patch management.
- Software Platforms: Centers on implementing enterprise technologies and business optimization solutions, including platform expertise, architecture support, project management, and delivery governance.
- Business Analysis: Focuses on identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across functions using business model design, operating model design, and functional analysis.
- Change Management: Supports talent-related transformation through HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, leadership, learning, communication, and business readiness.
Who fits this role
The company values potential, curiosity, and diversity over academic pedigree. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for technology, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to absorb information, build understanding, and communicate clearly.
Learning and development
Training is available both formally and informally at every level. Learning may take place on the job, online, in classrooms, or alongside teammates, giving you a wide base from which to grow technical and functional expertise.
