- Assist with precise formatting, tracked edits, form completion, and data extraction tasks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to convert complex information into concise policies and procedures that can be acted on quickly.
- Keep current with changes in laws, regulations, and guidance relevant to the subject area.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly in both written and spoken communication.
Required background
- At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in government policy operations.
