Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join a remote team that is expanding. The ideal candidate will enjoy managing paid search initiatives, studying performance data, and finding ways to strengthen campaign results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, oversee, and refine Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max formats.
- Carry out keyword research and structure campaigns in a way that supports efficiency and performance.
- Track campaign results, budgets, and bidding approaches on an ongoing basis.
- Review conversion data and suggest improvements that can help raise return on investment.
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages to identify better-performing options.
- Draft recurring performance reports and include clear, practical insights.
Required Background
- Prior hands-on experience with managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Working knowledge of keyword planning, bidding techniques, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
- High attention to detail along with solid written and verbal communication skills.
