Key duties
- Support the Site Supervisor with everyday operational work.
- Cover multiple workstation duties across the plant whenever required.
- Handle equipment in a safe and efficient manner, including truck loading and unloading.
- Consistently follow and encourage health and safety practices.
- Adjust to a flexible schedule to match production requirements.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with equipment operation is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on your own and show initiative.
- A responsible, safety-aware, and adaptable approach to changing tasks.
- Comfort with physically demanding work in a fast-moving setting.
- Availability to work shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
