About the Role
Lumino Inc. is hiring a driven and highly organized Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee and improve end-to-end supply chain operations. The position focuses on making procurement, inventory control, and product distribution run efficiently so the business can operate smoothly and stay ready for growth.
This is a key leadership role within a fast-moving team that delivers high-impact outcomes. The right candidate will bring both strategic judgment and practical execution, with a strong focus on delivering products in a timely and cost-effective way.
The company manufactures and sells products to major retailers, operates across international markets, and is recognized for innovation, product quality, design, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders, incoming freight, and stock movement between warehouse locations.
- Partner closely with both U.S.-based and overseas manufacturing vendors.
- Coordinate with ocean carriers and domestic shipping partners to keep logistics on track.
- Track inventory across multiple warehouse sites and maintain healthy stock levels.
- Work with Sales and Operations teams to support on-time delivery and strong retailer relationships.
- Review supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
- Support freight planning and initiatives that reduce transportation and logistics costs.
- Contribute to building scalable systems and processes that can support rapid company growth.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain roles.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting while handling several priorities at once.
- Excellent organizational ability and a strong eye for detail.
- Experience using inventory management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with negotiation skills.
- Exposure to demand forecasting and procurement planning will be an advantage.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
