Relocation assistance is not available. Applicants should only proceed if they are already able to work from one of the listed locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct global clinical programs across several indications, making sure delivery remains aligned with regulatory and market access requirements.
  • Shape and execute clinical strategy through an approved development plan that reflects the target product profile.
  • Guide and motivate international clinical teams, creating strong collaboration, pace, and ownership in a matrix setting.
  • Take responsibility for program-level benefit-risk review, keeping patient needs and scientific rigor central throughout development.
  • Manage the planning and delivery of clinical trials, with a focus on quality, compliance, and on-time milestone achievement.
  • Oversee the preparation of important clinical and regulatory documentation so that it is accurate, consistent, and strategically aligned.
  • Act as a representative for Clinical Development in governance forums and external discussions, including meetings with regulators and subject-matter experts.

Required Background

  • An MD or equivalent is preferred; alternatively, a PhD or PharmD is required.
  • Relevant experience in Neuroscience, Gene Therapy, Neuromuscular disorders, Neurodegeneration, and/or Movement disorders is essential.
  • Strong depth of knowledge in clinical trial design, regulatory expectations, and global development planning.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders within complex matrix organizations.
  • Solid understanding of benefit-risk evaluation and patient safety in clinical development.
  • Proven experience engaging outside stakeholders such as regulatory agencies and scientific experts.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to create clarity and drive progress globally.
