What the role involves
You will help keep the site grounds and garden areas, along with related building fabric, in good working order. The role requires practical gardening capability, the ability to complete minor repairs, and confident use of tools and equipment. You will work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on resident-centred service.

Selection criteria
- Strong practical gardening skills across a range of maintenance and garden care tasks, including minor repairs and use of relevant tools and equipment
- Ability to work alone and collaboratively, while maintaining a strong commitment to resident-focused service
- Good task management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Willingness to travel as required by the duties of the position
- First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
