Job description

Role Overview

This part-time seasonal position supports game-day service operations for a professional sports organization in New Orleans. The role is focused on delivering a welcoming, helpful, and energetic experience for season ticket holders and fans across multiple venues.

Reporting to the Manager, Gameday Ticket Service, this non-exempt role has no direct reports. The application deadline is rolling.

Work Locations

You may be scheduled at Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Pontchartrain Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support season ticket holders and fans who need ADA or accessible seating assistance at Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center.
  • Help run and hand out promotional giveaways at main stadium entrances on game days.
  • Assist the group sales team with group giveaway activities during games.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through direct interaction with fans and season ticket holders.
  • Provide service support at ticket box offices in both stadiums.
  • Set up and break down sales and service ticket areas before and after events.
  • Support pre-game and post-game season ticket holder activations such as happy hours, chalk talks, VIP warmups, and post-game group photos.
  • Step in to assist other departments with game-day needs as required.
  • Help execute the Crest and Crown Rewards Program on game days.
  • Bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, coachability, and enthusiasm for sports and service.

Schedule and Commitment

This role requires availability for all 42 Pelicans home games and all 10 Saints home games, including any additional home postseason games for either team. You should also be willing to work Laketown Squadron home games and up to 5–10 nongame-day Saints and Pelicans events.

Physical and Working Conditions

The job requires comfort in a fast-moving environment, the ability to stand for at least 5 hours per game day, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You must also be able to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
