Internship Role and Responsibilities
This internship offers a special chance to contribute to a meaningful cause by supporting women and girls in need while gaining valuable experience in the nonprofit sector. Daily tasks include:
- Helping plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
- Conducting research to identify potential donors and sponsors.
- Assisting in the creation of fundraising content such as email campaigns and social media posts.
- Supporting communication strategies targeted at donors.
- Assisting with the collection and analysis of fundraising data.
- Collaborating with the team to generate innovative fundraising ideas.
- Providing administrative assistance to the fundraising team.
Compensation and Benefits
The stipend is performance-based, amounting to 20% of the funds raised by the intern. The monthly compensation ranges from INR 1,500 to INR 15,000, paid as a lump sum. Additional benefits include:
