Role Summary
The crew team is central to day-to-day restaurant operations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, help with order taking, prepare burritos, replenish drinks and supplies, complete simple food preparation, clear and clean tables, and learn other duties across the restaurant. The position offers exposure to many parts of a busy hospitality operation.
What the Role Involves
- Welcoming guests and assisting with customer service at the front counter
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing burritos and supporting basic food assembly
- Restocking fridges and other supplies as needed
- Handling simple food preparation tasks
- Keeping tables and dining areas clean and tidy
- Learning additional responsibilities across the crew team
Candidate Profile
Prior work in hospitality or other fast-moving environments is useful, but it is not a strict requirement. The business is looking for someone who is open to training, willing to learn, and prepared to make a strong effort. A dependable, positive, and proactive attitude is important.
